I don’t have a DBS Corporate Account. How do I apply for access to DBS IDEAL?

I already have a DBS Corporate Account. How do I apply for access to DBS IDEAL?

You can complete the application form and submit to DBS. 

When I receive my DBS IDEAL welcome package, how do I do my first-time login?

You are recommended to download and login to DBS IDEAL mobile first, and complete the installation of DBS IDEAL digital token. After doing so, you will be able to use your digital token for subsequent logins on both your desktop and mobile for authentication purposes. 

How do I know my application is successful?

You will receive an email when your application has been processed. Your DBS IDEAL eWelcome email with instructions and SMS will be delivered to you shortly.  

If you choose to use physical token, your token will be sent to your company’s registered address within 3-5 working days. 

If I have other ERP (Enterprise Resource Planning) systems, how do I connect it with DBS IDEAL?

DBS provides both DBS IDEAL Connect (Host-to-host solution) and DBS RAPID (real-time API solution) for the connection to ERP systems. You can find more information on the DBS IDEAL Connect and DBS RAPID pages. 

If I have other ERP systems, can I export statements into my ERP system for reconciliation?

You can export statements in various format such as MT940 SWIFT, MT940 SAP, or CSV for reconciliation. 

Can I view my daily statements from other banks through DBS IDEAL?

You can view daily statements from your accounts held with other banks through DBS IDEAL. Simply instruct your banks to issue an MT940 to DBS, and we can present your statements on DBS IDEAL.
