On 31 Oct 2016, DBS Bank Ltd (DBS) announced that it has agreed to acquire the wealth management and retail banking business of ANZ in 5 markets (Taiwan, Singapore, Hong Kong, China and Indonesia).

A: At present, your relationships with both DBS and ANZ remain unchanged and you can continue banking with ANZ as usual. ANZ will update you with more information closer to the transfer date.
A:The transfer of ANZ Taiwan’s retail and wealth business to DBS Taiwan has been approved by FSC and will take effect on Dec 9 2017. If there are any changes to the transfer date, DBS Taiwan and ANZ Taiwan will update its website.
