Why am I not receiving push notifications?

Here are some things to check if you are not receiving push notifications: 

- Make sure notifications are enabled for the GlobeSend App in your device settings 

- Ensure push notifications are turned on within the GlobeSend App itself 

- Update to the latest version of the GlobeSend App from your device's app store 

- Restart your device
