What is Digital Signing and ServiSign?

Digital signing is a legally recognized digital document signing technology. ServiSign is a security control software component that enables web browsers to read physical certificate cards (such as MOICA card) for digital signing.

ServiSign is a cross-browser security component developed by Changingtec (全景軟體) in Taiwan. Electronic signatures provide a secure method of identity verification, allowing you to confirm your identity and approve online applications.

The ServiSign security component enables your card reader and certificate smart cards (such as Citizen Digital Certificates and Business Certificates) to be used, allowing you to securely complete your digital signature authorization and identity verification processes.

Why do I need to sign my application digitally?

If you have used MyData to pre-fill your GlobeSend onboarding application and have met with our sales agent via a video call, the next step is to digitally sign your application.

Digital signing allows you to:

- Verify your identity securely

- Verify your application online

- Complete the onboarding process remotely

By signing digitally, you can complete your application fully online without meeting our sales agent in person - making the process more convenient for you.
