When using MOICA and MOEACA cards, as the applicant, you must be the registered owner of both certificates. The personal information associated with the MOICA certificate must correspond to the cardholder information of the MOEACA certificate.
Here are the steps-by-steps guide when redirected to MyData site:
- Ensure your smart card reader is connected to your desktop or laptop.
- Enter your Date of Birth (e.g. YYYYMMDD).
- Select "Insert Card Authentication" for MOICA authentication.
- Enter your MOICA PIN (e.g. 6–8 digit PIN).
- You will then be prompted to perform MOEACA authentication for business verification.
- Remove your MOICA card and insert your MOEACA card.
- Enter your MOEACA PIN (e.g. 6–8 digit PIN).
- Provide your consent for the retrieval and sharing of your data with DBS.
Once you have completed the above 8 steps, please return to the previous browser where you have logged onto the GlobeSend platform, to continue your application.
Note: If this is your first time logging in to MyData, you will be required to complete a second identity verification.
