My transfer failed. What are the common reasons?

If your transfer failed, we’ll make sure to return the money to your balance as soon as we can. It’ll be refunded in the currency you used to send it, minus any fees, charges or exchange rate differences.   

Why your transfer may have failed:   

- You cancelled the transfer  

- The recipient’s account number is no longer active  

- The recipient’s details are incorrect   

You can find out why your transfer didn’t go through by viewing your transaction details, and send money to your recipient again once that’s been addressed.
