Individuals who are authorised representatives of companies limited by shares, limited companies, sole proprietorships, or partnerships can apply to open a GlobeSend account on behalf of their respective business.  

What's needed for account opening: 

1. You're a Taiwanese citizen and a responsible person for the business who will perform the transaction 

2. Your business must be incorporated in Taiwan 

3. Your business must be a 

   a. company limited by shares 

   b. Limited Company  

   c. Sole Proprietorship 

   d. Partnership 

4. Your business must be in operation 

5. Your business must not have another company as its shareholder 

Documents you'll need: 

1. National ID of all key persons  

2. Company registration card 

3. Proof of operation address (if it's different from registrated address) 

4. Additional documents might apply, for example: 

   a. 401 tax certificate 

   b. Secondary ID documents 

   c. Memorandum of association and articles of association 

   d. List of shareholders
