Your balance should be updated within one business day if it is in TWD. If it takes longer, it could be due to one of these reasons:
- The transfer is in FCY
- The transfer was after the bank’s cut-off time that day
- Your incoming funds needs to be declared
How to fund your balance:
1. If this is your first transfer, add GlobeSend as a payee
2. Transfer in the currency you want to fund your balance with
3. Send money anytime once your balance is updated
