I have problem with Digital Signing

What should I do if I receive the message “Download and install ServiSign software again”?

1. ServiSign is not installed

The installed version of ServiSign may not be supported.

3. Service is not enabled
Even if the correct version is installed, the ServiSign service may not be running.

How to Resolve

- Download and install the correct version of ServiSign based on your operating system (Windows or Mac).

- If already installed, ensure the service is enabled:

   - Open Task ManagerGo to Startup apps

   - Check that DBSServiSignMonitor is enabled

   - Verify that the ServiSign icon appears in color.
      A black-and-white icon indicates that the service is disabled.

2. Select “About” to open the information window

3. In the window, right-click about 10 times or type chglog on your keyboard

Once enabled, the system will generate a log file automatically.

The log file will be created on your Desktop (folder name: ServiSignLog).

 

For macOS users

1. Right-click the ServiSign Monitor icon in the menu bar

2. Select “Debug Mode” (除錯模式)

 

Once enabled, the system will generate a log file automatically.
The log file will be created on your Desktop.
 

You can share the generated log file with support team for further troubleshooting.
