I didn't receive the verification code

If you didn’t receive your verification code for your email or mobile number from us, try requesting for a code again after 60 seconds. 

If it still doesn’t work, check that: 

- You used the correct email address and mobile number. It should be the email address and mobile number registered with GlobeSend. 

- You have a phone signal 

- Your mobile data or roaming is turned on
