How do I download ServiSign Installer for Digital Signing?

How do I install ServiSign Installer for Digital Signing?
1. Before starting the installation, add the ServiSign installation path to your antivirus software's whitelist.

2. Please close any unnecessary web browsers before beginning the installation to avoid incomplete execution of the installer.
3.After downloading the ServiSign compressed file, make sure to extract (unzip) the contents before proceeding.
4. For Windows users: Ensure that your login account has administrator privileges, then run the installer file “ServiSign_3.0.26.0401” to begin installation.
For Mac users: During installation, make sure to grant all required application permissions. (Installer file: ServiSignSetup_3.0.26.0331)
Note: Do not run the installer directly from within the compressed file, as this may cause unexpected errors.
5. When prompted with an authorization request during installation, please click “Yes” to proceed.
6. For Windows users, once the installation is complete, the ServiSign icon will appear in the bottom-right corner of your screen.
For Mac users, the icon will appear in the top menu bar.
How do I uninstall ServiSign Installer?
1. Before starting the uninstallation, please ensure that you have administrator privileges.
2. Please close any unnecessary web browsers before beginning the uninstallation to avoid incomplete removal.
3. To remove ServiSign, click on Start , select the Settings , then navigate to Apps > Installed apps. Locate ServiSign, click on it, and select Uninstall.
What should I do if the ServiSign installation or uninstallation is not responding?
If the ServiSign installation or uninstallation becomes unresponsive, stop the service and then run it again.
- Right-click the ServiSign icon and select Stop and Exit.
- Alternatively, end all ServiSign-related processes through the Task Manager.
