To log in using a new device, download the GlobeSend app on your new device and log in with your username and password.
The first time you log in, you’ll need to set up a new PIN. This will replace your current PIN. To do that, verify your email address and mobile number using the 6-digit verification code we send you.
Once that’s done, you’ll be able to access your GlobeSend account and transact from your new device.
