You can check the status of your transfer when you send money to someone using the GlobeSend app.
To view your transfer status:
1. Log in to GlobeSend
2. Go to Transactions
3. Select the transaction you want
You’ll see your current transfer status under Updates, and your transfer amount and recipient details under Details.
When your money is sent to the recipient, it usually takes between 1-3 business days to reach their bank account.
Sharing your transfer status with your recipient
We want to make it easy for you to keep the person you’ve sent money to updated on your transfer.
After selecting the transaction you want, go to Share transfer updates. You can choose to share the transfer updates via SMS or email.
And don’t worry –– private information such as your recipient’s bank details are hidden from them.
